I anticipated just getting insurance on the internet, but they called me first thing in the morning and explained the full insurance quote and made it a personal enquiry. No catches, just a straight forward and informative agreement. I can’t quote yet on the helpfulness of making a claim, and hopefully I won’t have to.

I have an e-Bike policy with Assetsure, last year they were quick to refer my non-standard policy enquiry to Underwriters and to provide the cover that I required. This year the renewal process was straightforward and easy to do. Ricky was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, professional and answered all of my questions. A great company to deal with.
